Introduction

Welcome to Letterfied.com ("Platform"), operated by Pipe Labs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or your business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Letterfied.com provides email campaign management, marketing automation, and AI-powered content tools for small and medium-sized businesses, including:

• Email campaign creation, scheduling, and delivery.
• Contact list management and hygiene (bounce removal, unsubscribe suppression).
• AI-powered copywriting and template generation.
• Blog Autopilot — automated blog content creation and publishing.
• Reddit Radar — industry conversation monitoring and response drafting.
• AI Visibility Score — tracking your business's presence in AI search results.
• Domain rotation and IP warming infrastructure for improved deliverability.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

3.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes 3 campaigns per month and up to 500 contacts at no charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

3.2 Pay-As-You-Go

Pay-as-you-go credits are purchased in advance at $1 per 1,000 emails. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

3.3 Enterprise

Enterprise plans are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) to contacts who have not opted in.
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any other applicable email marketing law.
• Upload purchased, scraped, or rented contact lists without verifiable consent.
• Send content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Exceed bounce rates of 2% — accounts exceeding this threshold may be suspended.
• Use the Platform to distribute malware, phishing, or deceptive content.
• Resell access to the Platform without an active Reseller Agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice and without refund.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of your campaign content and contact data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents for the contact data you upload.

6. AI-Generated Content

Features including AI copywriting, Blog Autopilot, and Reddit Radar use AI language models to generate content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication or distribution. We make no representations that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or free from errors.

7. Deliverability and Infrastructure

We operate domain rotation and IP warming infrastructure to maximise deliverability. We do not guarantee inbox placement rates, as deliverability depends on factors including list quality, content, and recipient mail server policies outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, SPECIFIC DELIVERABILITY RATES, OR SPECIFIC BUSINESS OUTCOMES FROM YOUR CAMPAIGNS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPE LABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the AAA in Wilmington, Delaware. Class actions are waived.
